Roger is an internationally recognized Health and Safety expert with 30 years experience working across a wide-range of industry sectors and geographies.
He has led Health, Safety and Risk Management programs in the Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction, Power Generation and Nuclear sectors.
Global experience includes manging safety and risk at some of the world’s largest facilities in Canada, India, Australia, Mexico, South America and Iceland.
Roger holds a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP), Certified Engineering Technologies (CET) and Canadian Risk Manager (CRM) designation and has a fellowship in risk management.
Rogers is a COR Certified Auditor as well as ICAM (Incident Cause and Analysis) Auditor and Trainer.

From mine sites to boardrooms across Africa and the globe, he helps organisations reframe risk—not as a problem to fear, but as a catalyst for building resilient, high-performing cultures.
His career includes senior operational leadership on large-scale mines, including at Anglo American, Granston Mining. Konkola Copper Mines & Saudi Arabian Mining Company,
Dr Marx holds a DBA in Risk Management from the University of Pretoria and an MBA in Financial Management. He has designed customised risk-based safety systems, conducted audits aligned with ICMM critical control management standards, and coached senior leaders to embed safety into the fabric of their leadership.

He is recognized as a leader in the areas of Human Resources and Occupational Health & Safety Management and has served in an expert advisory role to governments and industry.

Dawson has over 30 years’ experience working at the nexus of finance, technology & strategy.
He began his career in his home province of Alberta in the Canadian energy and resource sector with exposure to Oil & Gas and joint-venture Mining operations.
After migrating east to Ontario his career included founding a successful enterprise systems consulting firm and holding C-Level roles including CEO, CFO and CIO.
Dawson has extensive enterprise-level finance, technology and risk management expertise.
Dawson holds a MBA in Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management and is holds a CPA designation in Ontario.
